Dear colleagues,

 This blog succeeds the another blog by the title Mad Business Woman. That blog was intended to offer small/medium business owners, a light-hearted space where they could find analysis and hints and tips on doing business in Africa. However it was not very successful. Part of the its failure was that it was seen as flippant and that it did not take the topics seriously.

 Like good business people we have learned from our mistakes and we have changed the nature of the blog. Far from having one writer it will have several people contributing articles and pieces. Your questions are welcome, and any input you may have that is of benefit to other business people is also welcome and can be posted as a page depending on how well it is written.
